On Your Own Out There? You Don't Have to Be.
You got licensed to build something. Then the calls got quiet and nobody picked up when you needed help. If that sounds familiar, answer a few questions, then join a group call and ask us anything.
Start With a Few Questions
The questions are short and automated. There is nothing to schedule and nobody to impress. It shows us how your license, experience, and goals fit, and it shows you the same thing.

We Know That Week. We Have Had It Too.
Nobody tells you how quiet this business gets. A slow month, nobody to ask, and a book you are not sure you own. That is not a skill problem. Too many agents are left to figure it out alone.
We are producers. Our leaders still write business, and they have more than 20 years in insurance. So we built the place we wished we had: people who pick up, a plan for the slow weeks, and a team that is glad when you win.
The Questions to Ask Anyone, Including Us.
Ask every organization these questions, including us. If an answer is not clear, keep asking.
- Who keeps the client? For business you write at LFG, the writing agent does.
- Do I have to recruit? No. Selling is the job. Leading a team is a choice, and many agents never do.
- What does it cost? Two costs come from LFG's side: the REV Agency Syndicate training membership, which is required, and a CRM, which is optional. LFG covers 25% to 50% of each. License, exam, appointment and E&O costs are separate. We walk through the exact amounts on the group call.
- How do I get paid?It depends on the insurance company. Some advance commission and some pay as it is earned. Your compensation level is agreed with you at onboarding and disclosed in full.
- Do you hand out leads? We do not promise leads. We teach you to build your own lead sources and your own brand. If you buy leads, read the terms first.
- Who answers when I am stuck?Your leader and your team. If something is still broken, leadership wants to hear it.
Who Belongs Here, and Who Does Not.
We are not a fit for everyone. We are a great fit for the right person.
- Not a fitAnyone looking for easy money or a guaranteed result. We do not offer either.
- Licensed life and health agents, full time or on nights and weekends.
- People who want coaching and are willing to do the work.
- People who want to grow, if they want to, at their own pace.

Straight Answers
How long does it take to get started?
The questions take a few minutes. It asks about your license, your experience, and what you want from your business.
Is this a get-rich-quick thing?
No. We do not promise income, and we do not sell a shortcut. We bring more than 20 years in insurance, real tools, real relationships, and a culture that keeps you going. The work is still work. You do it with people who want you to win.
What does it cost to join?
Two costs come from LFG's side. The REV Agency Syndicate training membership is required, and a CRM to manage your clients is optional. LFG covers 25% to 50% of each. License, exam, appointment and E&O costs are separate. We walk through the exact amounts on the group call.
I am with another agency or IMO. Can I join?
It depends on your current contract. Read it, and ask a lawyer about any release, non-solicit or chargeback terms before you move. We would rather earn you than take you, and once you know where you stand, we walk you through the steps.
Can I join part time?
Yes. We welcome agents who build on nights and weekends. We will help you set a plan that fits your life.
Who keeps my clients?
For business you write at LFG, the writing agent keeps the client. Clients from a past company follow your old contract. You are an independent agent, not a captive one, and you choose how you build your business.
Will you ask me to recruit my family?
No. You may tell people you know that you sell insurance, because that is selling. Recruiting is not required, and many agents never lead a team.
Do you provide leads?
We do not promise leads. We teach you how to build your own lead sources and your own brand, so you are not dependent on anyone else's list. If you choose to buy leads, ask exactly what you are buying first.
Bring Your Questions. Ask Them in Your Own Words.
The group call runs like a webinar and lasts about 30 minutes. We cover the opportunity, the work, and the risks, and a leader answers you live in the chat. Ask the question you never got a straight answer to somewhere else. There is no hard sell.
